Get to know Liz!
I am so glad you are here! Welcome. I am Liz and I am a young teacher in Iowa. I have been an athlete my whole life and find joy in journaling, exercising, eating fruits & veggies, and laughing.
I have a number of unique experiences in my short life. I have found that it is very easy to get caught up in all the cruddy things that happen in our day to day lives. So I decided to start this mission of spreading joy and talking about being joyful because of two reasons:
1. I want others to think, see, and speak joy.
2. I want to think, see, and speak joy.
Choosing joy is hard. And I am challenged every single day. But I know choosing joy will bring me happiness, peace and a life full of love.
